Is pick-up available?

Weekdays: Pickup is by appointment only. Please confirm your appointment with us before arriving

Is my parcel discreet?

Yes. We offer inconspicuous delivery using plain brown boxes and envelopes. There are no external logos or branding on the packaging to guarantee complete discretion for your order.

Is my parcel environmentally friendly?

Yes. We are committed to promoting sustainability in every way we can! Our shipping boxes are crafted from corrugated fiberboard, and we use brown packing paper for tape, both of which are entirely recyclable. Additionally, our bubble cushion incorporates partially recycled plastic materials.

What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?

You can monitor the progress of your order using the tracking link sent to you via email. However, if your package is delayed by more than three business days, please get in touch with us.
